Yes GMO was a Yellow Belt

Yes GMO was a Yellow Belt. Back in 1975. It may seem like ages ago. Here’s a picture of his yellow belt certificate, signed by his instructor at the time.

In the photo younger GMO was practicing with Geoffrey Maximowski. Geoffrey, like so many taekwondo students, only tested once and quit after getting his yellow belt.

if GMO had quit all the times that he wanted to, we would not have a Grandmaster today, and we would not have Sidekicks!
