Green Belt Boys Demonstrate White Belt One Steps
These two brothers have been Taekwondo students at Sidekicks for a while. They practice their forms a lot at home, and it definitely shows when they come to class. Grandmaster Orange recently called upon them to demonstrate the Sidekicks white belt one steps.
Usually their dad and mom come to watch them in class. Sometimes their grandparents come to see them at testing too. They are very fortunate to have such a supportive family.
We asked them questions about their martial arts journey so we could learn more about them. This is how they answered the questions we asked them in a recent interview. The oldest brother answered first. .
Why did you start martial arts?
My parents wanted me to learn self defense.
How old were you when you started?
Twelve years old.
What’s your favorite food?
Rice.
What’s your favorite move?
Punch or Round Kick.
What’s your least favorite move?
Jump kick.
Which belt level are you now?
Green belt junior.
What are your martial arts goals?
To at least reach blue belt or red belt and a little black belt.
